Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and p998 Casino ("p998", "we", "us", or "the Company"), operating under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 3.3p998 does not knowingly permit individuals from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited to register or play. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether their jurisdiction permits online gambling and to comply with all applicable local laws.
4.1Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the p998 platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process. p998 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the information provided, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, driver's license, passport, or PhilSys National ID); proof of address; and documentation regarding the source of funds.
4.3Completion of KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. p998 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.
4.4Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. p998 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any suspected unauthorized access to your Account must be reported to p998 customer support immediately.
5.1Deposits: p998 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and BTC. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. p998 does not accept third-party payments.
5.2Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered under the same name as the p998 Account. First-time withdrawal requests are subject to full KYC document review, which may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete. Subsequent withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within the standard timeframe for the selected payment method.
5.3p998 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) the minimum wagering requirement attached to any bonus has not been fulfilled; or (d) a chargeback dispute has been initiated by the Player in connection with any prior deposit.
5.4All Player funds are held in accounts segregated from p998's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements.
6.1All bonuses and promotions offered by p998 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players must read and understand all applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.
6.2Each Player is entitled to claim a maximum of one (1) welcome bonus. Welcome bonuses are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
6.3p998 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of: (a) a technical error; (b) evidence of bonus abuse; (c) regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or (d) any other compelling operational reason.
6.4Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Withdrawing real-money funds prior to fulfilling the wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
7.1All bets placed on p998 are final once confirmed. Players should verify the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation, as p998 cannot reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances involving a verifiable technical error attributable to the Platform.
7.2In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect game configuration, pricing error, or data feed failure — p998 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid.
7.3For sports betting markets on p998: all results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body. p998 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled, and will apply standard settlement rules applicable to such events as posted on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p998 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
9.1p998 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through every Player's Account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2Self-exclusion requests submitted through p998 are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. 11.1p998 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While p998 strives to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, p998 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or service outages at all times.
11.2To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, p998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond p998's reasonable control.
11.3p998's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.1p998 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) p998 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of p998's gaming operations or to other players; or (d) p998 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
12.2A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting p998 customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
13.1p998 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via Platform notification or registered email at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR direction or applicable law.
13.2The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at p998.one/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
14.2Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, a Player's Account, or use of the p998 Platform shall first be submitted to p998's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact p998 customer support and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution before escalating a dispute to PAGCOR or any Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
14.3In all matters concerning PAGCOR licensing obligations, the determination of PAGCOR shall be final and binding on both p998 and the Player.
